Together: Heart2Heart is in its foundation-building stage.
We are currently offering workshops focused on healing, compassion, resilience, and empowerment - because meaningful recovery work starts with strong internal foundations.
These workshops are the first step in a much larger vision
Our long-term vision is to create a mobile, community-based recovery mission that includes:
Peer-led outreach
Community education
Supportive connection for individuals and families through Recovery Coach training
Creative and heart-centered healing spaces
We are laying the groundwork now: thoughtfully, ethically, and in alignment with the people we serve.
